Aqua Specto® GH+ Max Premium — mineralizator wody RO
GH+ Max Premium to mineralizator przeznaczony do przygotowania wody z odwróconej osmozy do akwarium słodkowodnego. Formuła dostarcza wapń, magnez, potas i mikroelementy, pomagając uzyskać skład mineralny odpowiedni dla wybranych roślin i zwierząt.
Woda RO zawiera niewiele rozpuszczonych soli. Jej zastosowanie pozwala świadomie ustalić mineralizację, ale przed wpuszczeniem do akwarium zwykle wymaga przygotowania do potrzeb mieszkańców. GH+ Max Premium służy przede wszystkim podnoszeniu twardości ogólnej GH i przewodności.
Docelowe parametry dobierz do konkretnego gatunku krewetek, ryb i wymagań roślin.
Magnez Mg²⁺ — metabolizm, twardość i rośliny
Enzymy i procesy komórkowe
GH, KH i pH — różne parametry
Magnez uczestniczy w metabolizmie i gospodarce jonowej.
Wapń Ca²⁺ — budowa i funkcjonowanie organizmów
Twardość ogólna i skład jonowy
Krewetki i wylinka
Należy unikać nagłych zmian twardości i przewodności.
Rośliny wodne
Wapń wspiera strukturę ścian komórkowych i uczestniczy w sygnalizacji wewnątrz komórek.
Potas K⁺ — transport i regulacja osmotyczna
Równowaga jonowa
Potas uczestniczy w aktywności enzymów, transporcie substancji i regulacji osmotycznej komórek.
Krewetki i inne zwierzęta
Rośliny i metabolizm
Potas wspiera aktywację enzymów, przemieszczanie wody i składników odżywczych oraz procesy związane z fotosyntezą i syntezą białek. Odpowiednia dostępność sprzyja wzrostowi i rozwojowi korzeni.
Dokładny skład i oznaczenia należy odczytywać z aktualnej etykiety produktu.
Mikroelementy a krewetki
Mikroelementy a rośliny
Niedobory mogą wiązać się z osłabieniem wzrostu, bladością liści i gorszą kondycją. Podobne objawy mogą mieć różne przyczyny. Oceniaj rośliny, wyniki pomiarów i wszystkie stosowane nawozy łącznie, uwzględniając ich wkład w mineralizację.
Cechy produktu w praktyce
Preparat podnosi GH i zwiększa przewodność.
Wspiera przygotowywanie powtarzalnych warunków i zaopatrzenie roślin w część potrzebnych składników.
Dobra mineralizacja ułatwia pielęgnację długotrwale prowadzonego zbiornika. Nie zastępuje podmian, kontroli parametrów, kompletnego nawożenia ani usuwania przyczyn problemów z glonami.
Dawkowanie i oczekiwane parametry
Dawka podstawowa: 2 g GH+ Max Premium na 10 l wody RO. Według specyfikacji pozwala uzyskać około 5–6°dGH i przewodność około 200 μS/cm, z tolerancją ±50 μS/cm.
Dobieraj ilość do rzeczywistej objętości przygotowywanej wody.
Dostępne opakowania: 200 g, 500 g, 800 g i 1,5 kg.
Przygotowanie wody krok po kroku
Odmierz potrzebną ilość preparatu i mieszaj z wodą w osobnym naczyniu, poza akwarium.
Do podmiany użyj wody o składzie dostosowanym do zbiornika. Unikaj gwałtownej korekty GH i przewodności w zamieszkanym akwarium.
Przechowywanie i ważne wskazówki
Używaj wyłącznie zgodnie z przeznaczeniem i trzymaj poza zasięgiem dzieci.
Regularnie kontroluj wodę przygotowaną do podmian i wodę w akwarium. Łączna ocena GH, KH, pH, przewodności i kondycji mieszkańców pozwala dopasować mineralizację bez niepotrzebnego zwiększania dawki.

Aqua Specto® GH+ Max Premium — RO water remineraliser
GH+ Max Premium prepares reverse-osmosis water for freshwater aquariums. The formula supplies calcium, magnesium, potassium and trace elements, helping achieve a mineral composition suited to the selected plants and animals.
RO water contains few dissolved salts. Using it allows deliberate control of mineralisation, but it usually needs preparing for livestock requirements before entering the aquarium. GH+ Max Premium primarily raises general hardness GH and conductivity.
Use it when setting up a tank and preparing water for changes. Choose target parameters for the particular shrimp and fish species and plant requirements. Not all freshwater aquariums require the same hardness.
Formula without sodium chloride
GH+ Max Premium contains no NaCl as a formula ingredient. Remineralisation focuses on calcium and magnesium, which contribute to general hardness, together with potassium and trace elements.
The absence of added sodium chloride helps obtain the intended mineral profile without increasing table-salt content. It does not mean that every trace of sodium or chloride is harmful. Total ionic composition, concentration and species tolerance matter. This is not a salt for preparing seawater.
Magnesium Mg²⁺ — metabolism, hardness and plants
Enzymes and cellular processes
Magnesium is a cofactor for many enzymes. It participates in energy metabolism, nucleic-acid and protein synthesis and stabilisation of cellular structures. An appropriate supply is one element of a balanced environment.
What is magnesium’s role in ATP?
ATP, adenosine triphosphate, carries energy used in protein synthesis, muscle activity and membrane transport. Magnesium ions form complexes with ATP and support enzymes involved in its reactions. Magnesium is a cofactor; calling it a coenzyme is imprecise.
In eukaryotic cells, an important part of ATP production occurs in mitochondria, including oxidative phosphorylation. Magnesium supports the processes rather than directly “adding energy” to aquarium water.
GH, KH and pH are different parameters
Magnesium and calcium contribute to general hardness GH. Alkalinity, commonly assessed with an aquarium KH test, relates to buffering components, primarily bicarbonate and carbonate. Adding Mg²⁺ alone does not necessarily raise KH or stabilise pH.
Assess GH, KH, pH and conductivity separately after remineralisation. Do not infer one solely from another.
Importance for shrimp
Magnesium participates in metabolism and ionic regulation. Suitable water composition, including calcium and magnesium balance, forms part of the conditions for growth and moulting. Moulting problems have many possible causes; increasing one mineral without testing is not a universal solution.
Importance for plants
Magnesium is the central atom in chlorophyll and is important for photosynthesis. It also participates in enzyme activation and protein metabolism. Deficiency can be associated with chlorosis and weaker growth, but assess symptoms alongside light, CO₂ and other nutrients.
Calcium Ca²⁺ — structure and function
General hardness and ionic composition
Calcium is the other main contributor to GH. Preparing water with repeatable composition helps avoid abrupt mineralisation changes during water changes. Stability means maintaining conditions appropriate for the livestock, not aiming for the highest possible GH.
Shrimp and moulting
Calcium matters for exoskeleton formation and mineralisation. Growing shrimp shed the old cuticle and form a new one. Mineral conditions, diet and overall health influence this process. Avoid sudden changes in hardness and conductivity.
Aquatic plants
Calcium supports cell-wall structure and intracellular signalling. Its availability matters for new tissue development and responses to environmental conditions. Supply it in balance with other necessary elements.
Other organisms
Calcium also forms part of mollusc shells and, in marine environments, coral skeletons. This does not make freshwater GH+ Max Premium a replacement for marine salt or reef-specific supplements.
Potassium K⁺ — transport and osmotic regulation
Ionic balance
Potassium participates in enzyme activity, substance transport and cellular osmotic regulation. It is an important mineral, but K⁺ alone does not determine GH or automatically buffer pH.
Shrimp and other animals
Appropriate ionic concentrations support nerve and muscle function and osmotic regulation. Overall water composition influences activity and condition. Inactivity, breeding difficulty or moulting problems are not specific tests for potassium deficiency.
Plants and metabolism
Potassium supports enzyme activation, movement of water and nutrients, and processes associated with photosynthesis and protein synthesis. Suitable availability promotes growth and root development.
Deficiency may appear as weaker growth and leaf changes. Consider the full nutrient balance before adjusting fertilisation; a remineraliser may not cover every requirement of an intensively managed planted tank.
Trace elements — small quantities, important functions
The formula also contains trace elements. They are required in small amounts and participate in enzyme function, plant development and microbial activity. A larger dose does not automatically produce a better result.
Examples of trace-element functions
Iron matters for processes associated with chlorophyll formation; magnesium, not iron, is the central atom of chlorophyll itself. Manganese participates in photosynthesis, while zinc supports enzymes and protein synthesis.
Copper, boron, molybdenum and selenium have different biological roles depending on the organism. This explains element functions rather than declaring the amount of each in the product. Read the current label for the exact composition and declarations.
Trace elements and shrimp
In shrimp, oxygen transport mainly involves copper-containing haemocyanin rather than iron in haemoglobin. An element’s biological role does not mean it is safe at any dose. Avoid excess and accidental overlap between several supplements.
Trace elements and plants
Deficiencies may be associated with reduced growth, pale leaves and poor condition. Similar symptoms have different possible causes. Assess plants, test results and all fertilisers together, considering their contribution to mineralisation.
Product features in practice
The product raises GH and conductivity. According to the specification, it may also slightly raise KH; no numerical increase is given, so test the result. This does not guarantee constant pH.
The formula contains no nitrate or phosphate as fertilising ingredients. It supplies minerals without deliberately increasing NO₃⁻ and PO₄³⁻, but this alone does not guarantee an algae-free tank.
The blend supplies calcium, magnesium, potassium and trace elements and disperses rapidly in water. It supports repeatable preparation and supplies part of the nutrients plants need.
Suitable remineralisation makes long-term aquarium care easier. It does not replace water changes, testing, complete plant nutrition or addressing the causes of algae problems.
Dosage and expected parameters
Basic dose: 2 g of GH+ Max Premium per 10 l of RO water. The specification gives approximately 5–6°dGH and conductivity around 200 μS/cm, with a tolerance of ±50 μS/cm.
These are indicative values for initially low-mineral water. Tap water or a tap/RO mixture contributes additional ions. Test GH and conductivity after dissolving the product rather than relying only on dose calculations.
Use the supplied scoop; when accurate gram measurements are needed, weigh the product. Match the quantity to the actual volume being prepared.
Yield at 2 g per 10 l
2 g treats approximately 10 l and 20 g approximately 100 l of water.
200 g treats about 1000 l; 500 g about 2500 l; 800 g about 4000 l; 1 kg about 5000 l; and 1.5 kg about 7500 l. These are yields calculated at the basic dose, not the aquarium volume served in a single application.
Available packs: 200 g, 500 g, 800 g and 1.5 kg.
Step-by-step water preparation
Measure the required amount and mix with water in a separate container outside the aquarium. The salts dissolve quickly; mix thoroughly and check the temperature and parameters.
The product instructions include using the small undissolved particles. Disperse them in the prepared water; do not pour concentrated powder directly onto animals or plants.
Use water with a composition matched to the tank. Avoid abrupt GH or conductivity changes in an occupied aquarium.
Storage and important guidance
Slight clumping does not necessarily indicate loss of properties. Store in a cool, dry place and close the container tightly after every use to limit moisture uptake.
The product is not intended for human consumption. Use only as directed and keep out of reach of children.
Regularly test both prepared replacement water and aquarium water. Assessing GH, KH, pH, conductivity and livestock condition together allows mineralisation to be adjusted without unnecessary dose increases.

Spurenelemente — kleine Mengen, wichtige Aufgaben
Grunddosierung: 2 g GH+ Max Premium je 10 l Osmosewasser.
L’acqua RO contiene pochi sali disciolti.
Magnesio Mg²⁺ — metabolismo, durezza e piante
Enzimi e processi cellulari
Calcio Ca²⁺ — struttura e funzioni
Durezza totale e composizione ionica
Piante acquatiche
Gamberetti e altri animali
Concentrazioni ioniche adeguate sostengono nervi, muscoli e regolazione osmotica.
Resa a 2 g ogni 10 l
